纳米氮化硼的制备研究进展

摘    要:材料纳米化以后,会对其性能有着很大的影响。6方氮化硼纳米化后因其具有独特的物理化学性能,扩大了它的应用范围。文中重点阐述了制备6方氮化硼纳米片的物理和化学方法,简单分析总结了不同方法的优缺点,并且对纳米氮化硼的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract:Materials nanocrystallization will have a great impact on its performance.Because of its unique physical and chemical properties,the application had been expanded after the nanocrystallization of hexagonal boron nitride.This paper mainly described the physical and chemical methods for preparation of hexagonal boron nitride nanocrystals,briefly analyzed and summarized the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and prospected the future development of boron nitride nanocrystals.
