均聚后水解合成超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺水解条件的研究

摘    要:采用新型复配引发体系,以均聚后水解方式进行丙烯酰胺单体聚合,合成了油田驱油剂用超高分子量聚丙烯酰胺,其分子量高达2500万,水解度20% ̄30%,过滤比〈1.3。研究了水解剂、水解时间和助溶剂等因素对聚丙烯酰胺分子量的影响,得到了最佳的水解工艺参数。

Abstract:Using new type compound initiating system to polymerize acrylamide monomer with homopolymerization posthydrolysis process, super-high molecular weight polyacrylamide for oil-displacing agent used in oil field is synthesized. The molecular weight of which is up to 25 000 000, hydrolytic degree is adjustable between 20 % and 30 %, filtration ratio<1.3. Factors, such as hydrolytic reagent, hydrolytic temperature, hydrolytic time and latent solvent that affect molecular weight of polyacrylamide are also studied and optimum process parameters of hydrolysis are obtained.
