生物膜法A/O+微电解工艺处理稠油炼制污水实验研究

摘    要:由调节、隔油、混凝气浮处理后的稠油炼制污水,经生物膜法A/O+微电解实验装置处理后,出水指标在达到排放标准的同时,达到了回用水处理装置的进水要求.实验表明,该生物膜反应器能减少污泥产量,降低污泥回流量,提高氧传质效率,具有更高的容积负荷和污泥负荷.该处理工艺能切实能提高炼油污水的利用率.

Abstract:The waste water from the dense oil refinery,after treated by regulation,separation and coagulation-air floatation,and then by biomembrane A/O+microelectrolytic experimental plant,its discharge-water indicators meet both the emission standard and the feed-water requirement of the recycled water treatment plant.The experiment shows,the biomembrane reactor can reduce sludge production and its reflux,improve oxygen heat-transfer efficiency,and has higher volume load and sludge load.This treatment process can pr...
