| 摘 要： | 热交换器的污垢问题是国民经济众多产业和部门急需解决的问题,也是传热学界未彻底解决的主要问题之一。在分析热交换器污垢的主要成分及形成机理的基础上,针对污垢成分配制了相应的清洗配方,设计了清洗流程及装置,得到了完整可行的热交换器在线清洗实施方案。

| Abstract: | The trouble of fouling in the heat exchanger is urgent,which is related to many parts of the national economy and is one of troubles in the filed of heat transfer.Based on the analysis and the mechanics,the final solution could be got from analysis upon fouling,defining the kinds of cleaning agent and installation for cleaning.The technology of online cleaning is an effective method and should be promoted. |
