螺纹锁紧环热交换器管箱结构设计及局部有限元应力分析

摘    要:某循环油蒸汽发生器系高-低压结构的螺纹锁紧环热交换器,对其管箱结构设计进行了简要介绍,主要包括管箱圆筒内径确定、管程密封垫片选型及尺寸确定、压紧螺栓设计、螺纹锁紧环强度校核、管箱筒体壁厚确定等内容。对管箱结构简化建模,采用ANSYS有限元软件对管箱结构进行应力分析,得出了管箱结构应力分布规律,最大应力出现在梯形螺纹相互啮合的根部,系最危险截面。可为螺纹锁紧环热交换器的结构设计和优化提供参考。

Abstract:A circulating oil steam generator is a high-low pressure structure threaded locking ring heat exchanger.The structure design of the channel was briefly introduced,including the determination of the inner diameter of the channel cylinder,the selection and size determination of the tube side sealing gasket,the design of the compression bolt,the strength check of the threaded locking ring and the wall thickness of the channel.Solid modeling was carry out for the channel structure,the ANSYS software was used to analyze the stress of the channel structure.The maximum stress occurs at the root of the trapezoidal thread interlocking area,which is the most dangerous section.This conclusion can provide reference for the design and optimization of the threaded locking ring heat exchanger.
