摘    要:分析了在丙烯腈反应器内采用两级旋风分离器替代沿用已久的三级旋风分离器可行性.以PV型旋风分离器为模型,提出了4种可行的两级串联旋风分离器,并对各两级旋风分离器以及原三级旋风分离器的性能进行了综合分析比较.指出了开发高效、低阻且更加适合于现有反应器扩能的新型两级旋风分离器的几点建议.

Abstract:Analysis was made of the feasibility of the substitution of two stage cyclone separators for three stage ones which have been employed in acrylonitrile fluidized bed reactors for a long period of time.And four feasible designs of two stage cyclone separators were proposed with the use of the PV type cyclone model.The comprehensive performance of each design was not only analysed but compared with that of the original three stage cyclone separator.Suggestions were made for the development of new two stage cyclone separators with lower pressure drop, higher efficiency and much more suitable for the production expansion of existing acrylonitrile reactors.
