摘    要:对国内两家公司提出的核级焊接材料J427HR焊条、埋孤焊用H08MnHR焊丝和SJ14HR焊剂及E5018-1焊条存在的问题进行了分析。认为这些焊接材料都不是焊材新品种,都可以为已有的标准焊材所涵盖,只不过由于用于核电产品,要求较严格而已。可采用标准焊材加附加要求的办法给予解决,这也是目前各国普遍采用的办法。

Abstract:A review of 4 domestic nuclear class welding fillers J427HR, E5018-1, H08MnHR welding wire and SJ14HR flux was made, and the existing problems, the conclusion said that the fillers discussed are nothing new more than the standardized ones with some stricter require- ments, which are covered within standard weld materials, lust for the use in nuclear area. It is the general solution adopted in the word nowadays. The supplementary requirement for welding materials could be adopted and this is the way used in the foreign countries now.
