能率守恒与多相管流计算

摘    要:多相管流计算是石油工程技术中常遇到的,但国内外已有的多相管流计算方法较为复杂,一般适应范围窄且准确度不高。为探索多相管流计算的新方法,在总结了矿场实践中对流体能量转换认识的基础上,依据能量守恒定律和热力学第一定律,提出了流体流动能率和流动能率守恒的概念,导出了单相稳定管流能率平衡方程和多相管流能率平衡方程,并由此推出了在微机上求数值解的新方法,最后对基本物理概念和方法的实用性、准确性、计算条件、适用范围以及所列出的计算实列存在的不足进行了讨论。以期对类似的多相管流计算提供参考。

Abstract:Calculations of multiphase tube flow are often encountered in the study of petroleum engineering technology. However, the existent calculation methods of multiphase tube flow at home and abroad are relatively complex and can only be applied in a narrow scope with a low accuracy generally. In order to explore the new calculation method of multi phase tube flow, on the basis of summing up understandings of fluid energy conversion in the field practice, based on the law of conservation of energy and the first law of thermodynamics, the paper put forward the concepts of fluid flow energy rate and fluid flow conservation, educed the balance equations of the single phase stable tube flow energy rate and multiphase tube flow energy rate, then deduced new methods for the numerical solution in microcomputer, and at last discussed practicality, accuracy, calculated conditions, scopes of application and deficiencies in the calculation of basic physics concepts and methods, which has the guiding significance for calculations of the similar multiphase tube flow.
