摘    要:自1997年Schlumberger Dowell公司推出基于阳离子粘弹性表面活性剂(VES)的清洁压裂液以来,粘弹性表面活性剂技术已在油气田增产措施中得到广泛的应用。根据VES使用的经验,近两年来,国外已研究出了性能优越的基于两性表面活性剂的粘弹性酸。文章分析了国外将这种酸液体系应用于基质酸化和酸压时相对于其他酸液体系所具有的独特优点和作用机理,介绍了其粘弹性行为和流变性,以及各种酸液添加剂对其流变性的影响。用岩心流动实验结果分析了这种酸液体系应用于基质酸化时的自主分流特性以及应用于酸压时的滤失、返排和酸蚀裂缝导流特性。

Abstract:Since 1997 when Schlumberger Dowell developed the clean fracturing fluid based on cationic visco-elastic surfactant (VES), the VES has been widely applied in the stimulation of oil/gas fields. Based on the experience of VES application, the amphoteric surfactants-based visco-elastic acid with better performance has been made at abroad recently. The unique advantages and working mechanism of the acid system are analyzed in matrix acidizing and acid fracturing. The visco-elastic behavior and rheological property of the acid system are introduced, and the influence of different acid additives on the rheological property is explained. With core flow experiments, the features of active diverting flow in matrix acidizing and the features of fluid loss, flow-back and acid-etching fracture conductivity are studied for the acid system.
