摘    要:为了获得经济的产能,很多气井都采用多层合采的方式进行生产。但对于多层合采边水气藏,生产中地层出水会引起气井产量大幅度下降,从而降低气井的生产能力;而多个生产小层合采则加大了对出水层位判断的难度。为此,通过一系列的技术手段,从多角度、多资料综合判断出水层位和出水原因尤为重要。根据柴达木盆地涩北一号气田的出水特征,充分利用生产资料、测井资料、地质资料,采用动态和静态资料有机结合的方法,总结出涩北一号气田产出水的水型主要是凝析水、边水、层间水、层内水、工作液返排水;提出了通过产出水矿化度、生产曲线、测井资料、固井资料、产气剖面、工艺措施、井与边水距离、邻井出水情况等8个因素综合分析以确定出水原因和出水层位的新方法。实践表明,该方法能够有效地判断出水层位和出水原因,为制订下一步的防水、控水措施提供依据。

Abstract:In order to get economic production, most gas wells are developed by multi zone commingled production. But for most gas reservoirs with edge water by commingling production, their production will decrease sharply, which is caused by water production in the process of production,while the development of gas wells by multilayer commingled production makes it even harder to recognize which zone is producing water. As a result, it is very important to recognize the zone producing water and the reason to produce water comprehensively from many angles and through a series of technologies. In accordance with the characteristics of water production in the Sebei 1 gas field, making full use of production, logging and geological data and adopting the method combining the static with dynamic data, this paper summarizes the main types of producing water are condensate water, boundary water, interlayer water, intra layer water and the back flown water from working fluids and puts forward a new method to find out water producing zone and reasons through eight factors such as producing water salinity, producing curve, logging data, cementing data, gas producing profile, technology, the distance between a well and edge water and the water producing condition of an adjacent well. It is shown by the Sebei gas field that this new method can recognize the water producing zone and find out its reason, which provides references for further waterproof and water control measures.
