摘    要:长庆气田低压低产气井携液能力差、井底易产生积液,影响正常生产,为此探索了橇装式小直径管排水采气工艺技术。该技术自引进以来,由于装置的绞车动力不足、管子堵塞等问题而最终停用。针对这些问题,结合长庆气田的气井特点,开展了小直径管加工、橇体设计、绞车系统、控制系统和注入头等关键技术研究,成功研制了国内首台类似连续油管的橇装式排水采气装置及配套工具,并实现全套装置国产化。通过现场3口井试验,使小直径管排水采气工艺技术在气田得到成功应用,并通过与其他排水采气工艺的联合作业,为水淹井复产、低压低产气井排水采气探索出了新的技术途径,完善了排水采气工艺技术。

Abstract:The low pressure and low production gas wells in the Changqing gas field was characterized by bad fluid carrying capability and forming accumulated liquid easily in the bottom hole, which affects the normal production. Therefore, the technology of gas production by dewatering through skid mounted and small diameter pipes has been explored. Since the introduction of the technology, it has come to stop its use due to the insufficient winch power, tube blocking and some other problems. In light of these problems and with the consideration of the characteristics of gas wells in the Changqing gas field, research on the key technologies, such as processing small diameter pipes, designing the sled, the winch system, control system and injection head, have been launched, so that the first skid mounted type dewatering gas production unit and supporting facility similar with coiled tubing have been successfully developed and the nationalization of the whole equipment has been realized. Through the field application in three wells, the technology of gas production through small diameter pipes has been successfully applied in this gas field. What's more, by the joint operations with other technologies of gas production by dewatering, the new technique route has been explored for the reproducing of drowned wells and gas producing by dewatering in the low pressure and low production gas wells, so as to improve the technology of gas production by dewatering.
