| 摘 要： | 基于生态文明下的天然气循环经济评价是量化研究天然气产业发展合理性的主要途径，其评价模型对于指导天然气产业发展符合环境友好型要求具有重要意义。由于天然气循环经济在内涵和外延上具有模糊性，因此可采用模糊多目标决策方法对其进行评价。通过构建因素集、评价集、权重集、隶属函数和三级模糊多目标决策过程，设计了基于生态文明下衡量天然气循环经济发展的评价模型。该模型可较准确地诊断在天然气循环经济发展过程中，各级指标的相对重要性及其发展状况；通过该模型各级评价结果，可分别了解在效应层面、经济外在性层面天然气循环经济的发展状况以及生态文明条件下天然气循环经济的综合发展效果。
