大圆筒天然气加热炉流场研究及传热面优化

摘    要:在天然气运输和应用过程中,天然气加热炉的使用面大量广,提高天然气加热炉的热效率,降低其能耗,显得尤为重要。为此,对大圆筒天然气加热炉内加热元件偏心布置时的流场进行了研究,引入双极坐标系将不规则的偏心圆区域转化成规则的矩形区域,为数值计算创造了良好的算法环境。通过数值计算,得到了大圆筒内加热元件偏心布置时的温度分布和速度矢量分布,并设计了可视化流场实验装置,通过实验研究验证了数值计算结果,在此基础上,优化了大圆筒内火筒、烟管、被加热管束的相对位置,提高了加热炉的热效率,降低了能耗,节省了钢耗量和初投资,具有较好的节能降耗效果。
