输气管网适应性分析

摘    要:对于一套现存的输气管网系统,由于资源、市场的不断变化,使得现有输气管网系统有可能不适应输送工艺的要求,需要对管网进行适应性分析。而要对管网进行准确的适应性分析,就需要对管网进行准确的水力计算。为此,建立了水平输气管网的稳态水力计算模型,采用具有二阶精度的预测-校正法对所建立模型进行求解,并对多条实际管道进行了模拟计算;然后与TGNET软件的计算结果进行了对比,证明所建立的模型和采用的预测-校正方法具有精度高、计算方法简便的特点,为输气管网适应性分析提供了准确的手段。所给出的3种判断管网适应性的方法,可为管网规划和改造提供依据。

Abstract:For an existent gas transmission pipeline network system, it is necessary to conduct adaptability analysis to accommodate it to the gas transmission technologies, as a result of the continuously changing resources and markets. To perform accurate pipeline adaptability analysis, hydraulic calculation needed to be carried out correctly. Thus, a steady hydraulic calculation model of the horizontal gas network is established to conduct simulation calculation of several practical pipelines, by using predicator-corrector method with second-order precision. Then, the mathematical solution is verified by TGNET software, indicating that the solution is easy for calculation and of high accuracy. The 3 approaches given by the solution for judging pipeline network's adaptability, can provide scientific data for new pipeline network plans and revamping plans.
