摘    要:以微硅、粉煤灰、硅藻土等活性材料及激活剂CK21制成的油井水泥活性外掺料SP-1,与其他水泥外加剂一起使用,配制成SP-1水泥浆体系,活性材料的加量在2.5%~3.0%。研究了SP-1在不同温度下对水泥浆的促凝、增强性能以及加量对水泥浆各项性能(稠化时间、抗压强度、析水、流动度等)的影响。结果表明:该活性材料对调节水泥浆低温下的性能使之在复杂井中的性能趋于一致。实验表明:该水泥体系能提高水泥石两界面的胶结强度,有较短的凝结时间;良好的直角稠化性能和触变性。因此,具有良好的防漏失、防气窜(侵)性能。在四川地区4口不同井深的油气井现场应用取得良好的效果。

Abstract:The active admixture SP-1 of oil well cement made from the active materials such as micro-silica, fly ash, diatomaceous etc., and the activating agent CK21 is used with the other cement additional agents to prepare the cement slurry system SP-1. The adding amount of the active materials accounts for 2.5%-3.0% in the system. The influence of different temperature on promoting congeals and enhancing performance and the influence of adding amount on the properties (gel-time, compression strength, bleeding, flow degree etc.) are studied for SP-1 system. The results show the active materials can regulate the performance of the cement slurry under low temperature to make the performance reaching unanimity in the complicated wells. The tests indicate the cement system can improve the cementing intensity of interfaces of cement stones, and have shorter gel-time, better right-angle thickening ability and thixotropic property. So it has good performance to control leak-off and gas channeling. Good results have been achieved first for field application of 4 wells with different depth in Sichuan area.
