聚乙烯吡咯烷酮抑制水合物生成研究

摘    要:对聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)在4 ℃、8.27 MPa附近压力下对天然气水合物的抑制性能进行了实验,结果表明, PVP可以明显抑制水合物的生成,但不同分子量段的PVP有着不同的抑制效果:PVPK17因为分子量太小,几乎没有抑制作用;PVPK30有一定的抑制作用;而PVPK90则有着很好的抑制效果,能在实验条件下抑制1200 min没有水合物的生成。另外发现,不同浓度的PVP对天然气水合物的抑制效果也不相同:对于PVPK30,1%浓度比0.5%浓度的抑制效果好;而对于PVPK90,则1%浓度的抑制效果比0.5%和2%浓度的要好。

Abstract:Experiments are conducted on inhabitation performance of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) on natural gas hydrate under the condition of temperature 4 ℃ and pressure 8.27 MPa. The experiment results show that PVP can obviously prevent hydrate, and PVP with different molecular weights has different inhibition effectiveness: PVPK17 nearly has no inhibition effect because of its small molecular weight; PVPK30 has mild inhibition effect; while PVPK90 can inhibit natural gas from hydrate for continuous 20 hr in laboratory conditions with superior inhibition performance. Another discovery is made that PVP with different concentrations has different inhibition effect on natural gas: PVPK30 with 1% concentration are more effective than that of 0.5%, while PVPK90 with 1% concentration is better than that of 0.5% and 2%.
