摘    要:水平井因其在钻采过程中具有直井无法比拟的优势而在我国陆地和海上油田都得到了迅速的发展。在水平井钻、完井过程中,工作液对水平段不同位置的浸泡时间不同,同时由于油气藏储集层的各向异性,造成水平段伤害带呈不均匀分布。水平井中酸液沿处理层段的均匀分布是水平井酸化成功与否和效果好坏的关键。为此,分析了水平井伤害特征,提出了多种适合于水平井酸化的布酸技术,并对各种布酸技术的特点及技术关键进行了详细探讨。水平井酸化工艺的选择与其完井方式直接相关,针对水平井不同的完井方式及特点,给出了不同的酸液布酸技术选择建议。

Abstract:Because of the incomparable advantage that vertical wells do not possess, horizontal wells have been developed rapidly in both land and sea oil fields in China. In the drilling and completion process of horizontal wells, the damage zones in the horizontal section are unevenly distributed, for the reasons that the immersion periods in the operating fluid for the different parts of horizontal sections are not the same and the oil and gas reservoir has the property of anisotropy. The uniform distribution of acidizing fluid along the objective layers in horizontal wells is the key to acidifying horizontal wells and achieving good effects. Therefore, the paper analyzes the damage characteristics of horizontal wells, puts forward a variety of acid distribution technologies suiting for horizontal wells and investigates every characteristic of acid distribution and key technologies in detail. As the selection of acidizing technique for horizontal wells is directly relevant to the completion methods, the paper gives suggestions to select acid distribution techniques for the different acid fluids, in view of the different completion methods and characteristics in horizontal wells.
