摘    要:根据井下钻柱力学测量特点,研究了模拟钻柱近钻头力学特性测量系统,其基本功能包括:采用传感器精确得到对应于模拟钻柱在转动过程中包括钻头处的扭矩、径向力的大小和方向以及轴向力大小的电信号;经过调制电路和单片机采集及软件处理后,通过无线发射电路把四路信号以无线传输的方式发出;在控制室接收到信息经进一步处理后传给工控机;在工控机内用软件得到测量信号随时间变化的模拟和数字图并存储下来。在实验室内对该系统性能初步进行了测试。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of force measuring for down-hole drill string, a new measurement system is developed to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the drill string bottom. Its basic functions include: it can acquire the electric signals that reflect the torque, the radial force and direction, and the axial force at the bit during the rotating process of the simulated drill string by sensors accurately; after modulating circuit, acquiring and programming by chip microprocessor, the 4 signals are emitted by the way of radio transmission with radio emitting circuit; the message received in the control room is further processed and transmitted to the work-controlling unit; the simulating and digital images of the measured signals changing with time can be obtained and stored by the software VC in the work-controlling unit. The tests of the system performance have been conducted preliminarily in the laboratory.
