| 摘 要： | 超稠油燃料油是一种非常特殊的燃料,对吹灰系统要求很高,而采用声波吹灰系统可以起到常规除灰技术难以达到的效果,从而有效保证了热媒炉的高效运行.该技术经辽河油田杜32块集中处理站近2 a的生产实践验证,具有先进性和可靠性,为今后类似工程除灰问题的解决提供了借鉴.

| Abstract: | Ultraheavy oil as fuel oil is very special and has high requirement to blowing system.Acoustic blowing system is more efficient than conventional system and ensures efficient running of heat medium heater.The efficiency and credibility of the method has been proved after almost 2 years' application in Du32 central gathering station in Liaohe oilfield. |
