| 摘 要： | 介绍了过程软测量技术的理论研究和实际应用现状，认为软测量技术是计算不可测变量的一般方法将会得到广泛的应用，指出基于动态机理模型、用观测器方法建立的软仪表是软测量技术的发展方向之一。
