深水半潜式钻井平台防喷器控制系统升级探讨

摘    要:为了解决深水半潜式平台防喷器控制系统存在系统落后、操作时间长、应急能力不足、冗余度低等问题,此文从深水半潜式钻井平台防喷器地面控制和水下控制系统分析,对比超深水半潜式钻井平台防喷器控制系统特点,结合实际现场作业经验和需求,探讨将目前深水半潜式钻井平台防喷器地面与水下控制系统进行适当的改造与升级方法,以实现较小的投入,达到快速升级防喷器控制系统和稳定安全地操作水下防喷器的目的,提出了改进升级的方法,旨在为今后我国深水半潜式钻井平台防喷器控制系统升级工作提供参考。

Discussion on Upgradation of BOP Control System of Semi-submersible Deepwater Rig

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of system backwardness, long operation time, insufficient emergency response ability, and low redundancy in the BOP control system of deep-water semi-submersible platform, this article starts from the ground control and underwater control system of BOP of deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform, and analyze the characteristics of the BOP control system of the ultra-deep water semi-submersible drilling platform. Meanwhile, by combining with the actual field operation experience and requirements, the paper discusses the appropriate modification and upgradation methods for the ground & underwater BOP control system of current deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform. Inspite of a small investment, it is hoped that the purpose of rapidly upgrading the BOP control system can be achieved with stable and safe operation of the underwater BOP. Finally, an improved and upgraded method is proposed, which can provide reference for the control system upgradation of the BOP of deep-water semi-submersible drilling platform in future.
