摘    要:南海东部海域油气田经过多年的开发,在复杂海洋环境与应力腐蚀等多因素作用下,部分平台的隔水导管出现严重腐蚀损坏的情况。为了进一步提高隔水导管服役年限,达到维护井筒完整性屏障、保障油田安全生产作业的目的,在阐明南海东部隔水导管腐蚀现状和腐蚀因素的基础上,分别针对新隔水导管延寿、在役隔水导管维护、后期隔水导管损坏补救这三个阶段,研究提出了隔水导管全生命周期中相应的维护补救措施方案及其各自的技术优势和应用环境,为隔水导管的维护补救提供实施依据。

Abstract:After years of development of oil and gas fields in the eastern South China Sea, under the action of complex marine environment, stress corrosion and other factors, risers of some platforms have been seriously corroded and damaged. In order to further improve the service life of the riser, achieve the purpose of maintaining the integrity barrier of the wellbore and ensure the safe production operation of the oilfield, on the basis of clarifying the corrosion status and corrosion factors of the riser in the eastern South China Sea, the corresponding maintenance and remedial measures in the whole life cycle of the riser, their respective technical advantages and application environment are studied and put forward for the three stages of life extension of the new riser, maintenance of the in-service riser and repair of the later riser damage, so as to provide implementation basis for maintenance and remediation of the riser.
