800t自升式起重平台的结构分析

摘    要:800t全回转自升式起重平台是目前国内最大的起重平台,在结构上兼具起重船和自升式平台的特点。该平台和传统自升式平台最大的区别是在艉部设置了全回转起重能力800t的大型起重机,除了巨大的吊机自重和起重载荷,还会产生其它载荷效应。因此该类平台的主桁结构、围阱区、抬升装置、桩腿、桩靴及起重机基座结构会承受比传统自升式平台更大的栽荷,对结构的屈服和屈曲强度带来挑战。该文对此平台进行了结构理论分析和有限元计算,详细讨论了起重平台的载荷、变形和应力分布特点,并对该平台的原结构设计提出了优化建议。

Abstract:The 800t fully swing lifting Jack-up platform is the largest lifting platform in China at present. It has both structural characteristics of the crane ship and jack-up rig. The main difference between this platform and traditional jack-ups is the heavy crane installed in the stern, which has a lifting capacity of 800 ton. The huge crane weight and the hook load, as well as the other induced load effects will come into being. The transverse main girder, leg well, jacking system, leg, spudcan and the crane support structure will bear lager load than normal jack-ups, which is a challenge to the structural strength of yield and buckling. In this paper, the theoretical structural analysis and FEM analysis is performed. The characteristics of the load, the deformation and stress distribution of the lifting Jack-up are discussed and the original structural design is optimized.
