撬装式压缩机侧装新工艺及工程应用

以浮式生产储卸油装置（Floating Production Storage and Offloading，FPSO）P70深水项目集成阶段撬装式压缩机安装为实例，介绍安装原因和安装前的各项准备工作。该设备侧装时采用一种新工艺，即在特殊作业条件下，利用双层轨道二次滑移的方式将撬装式压缩机内压缩泵、齿轮箱和电机等三大主体部件陆续安装就位。新工艺可有效解决在模块之间狭小空间内设备无法顺利侧装的难题，对其他海洋工程项目实施有一定的推广价值。

New Technology and Engineering Application of Side Installation of Skid Mounted Compressor

Taken the installation of skid mounted compressor in the integration stage of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) P70 deep-water project as an example, the installation reasons and the preparation before installation are introduced. A new technology is adopted in the side installation of the equipment, that is, under special working conditions, three main parts of the skid mounted compressor, including compressor pump, gear box and electric machine, are installed in the place one after another by the double-track double-sliding method. The new technology can effectively solve the problem that the equipment in the narrow space between modules can not be installed on the side smoothly, and is of certain promotion value in the implementation of other offshore engineering projects.
