非连续性抛石处理海底管道悬跨原理及施工工艺

Non-Continuous Rock Dumping Treatment Principle and Construction Process of Subsea Pipeline Free Span

In order to solve the subsea pipeline free span in offshore oil pipeline engineering, the principle and construction process of non-continuous rock dumping is introduced. The technology is implemented by a conventional engineering vessel that loaded with rock and ROV that handled with self-unloading funnel to dump rock by multipoint material throwing and step-by-step stack construction process, and three-level calibration standard is used to control the rock dumping quality so as to complete the subsea pipeline support. The non-continuous rock dumping method for subsea pipeline free span is simple, of low requirement for vessel and does not affect oilfield operation. It is of high reliability and great application advantages in terms of cost and effect. This method can provide new reference for deep water submarine pipeline free span rectification.
