摘    要:为解决海洋石油管道工程中海底管道悬跨的问题,阐述非连续性抛石处理海底管道悬跨的原理及施工工艺,该技术通过常规工程船舶搭载石料,采用遥控无人潜水器可操作自卸式抛石漏斗进行抛石作业,采用多点抛料、逐级堆叠的施工工艺完成抛石处理,应用三级校核标准实现抛石质量控制,完成悬跨点抛石支撑。非连续性抛石处理海底管道悬跨施工工艺简单、对作业船要求低、不影响油田生产,而且可靠性高,在费用和效果上都具有较大的应用优势。该方案为处理海底管道悬跨问题提供了新的思路和途径。

Abstract:In order to solve the subsea pipeline free span in offshore oil pipeline engineering, the principle and construction process of non-continuous rock dumping is introduced. The technology is implemented by a conventional engineering vessel that loaded with rock and ROV that handled with self-unloading funnel to dump rock by multipoint material throwing and step-by-step stack construction process, and three-level calibration standard is used to control the rock dumping quality so as to complete the subsea pipeline support. The non-continuous rock dumping method for subsea pipeline free span is simple, of low requirement for vessel and does not affect oilfield operation. It is of high reliability and great application advantages in terms of cost and effect. This method can provide new reference for deep water submarine pipeline free span rectification.
