| 摘 要： | 根据料位开关Benhold LB323的测量原理。提出了在不增加投资的情况下．在线估算连续重整装置闭锁料斗中催化剂装料量以及通过调整料位开关的动作设定值来调整催化剂装料量的方法。用此方法估算的催化剂装料量的精度基本满足工艺生产要求。

| Abstract: | According to the measuring theory of level switch Berthold LB 323, the methods of estimating catalyst loading in the lock hopper of continuous reforming unit on line as well as that of adjusting catalyst loading through level switch without increasing of investment are provided in this paper. The accuracy can meet the demand of production by applying this method. |
