渤海油田人工井壁防砂工艺的研究及应用

摘    要:渤海油田储层多为疏松砂岩,时常出现油水井筛管破损失效出砂的现象。针对上述问题,开展了筛管破损修复方面的研究,开发出了人工井壁防砂二次修复工艺。该工艺采用挤注的方式将覆膜砂通过筛管破损口挤注到出砂亏空地层,通过热流体循环加热,塑造一层具有防砂功能的人工井壁。现场试验证明,无需测试筛管破损点就可完成人工井壁防砂,对筛管完成二次修复,且防砂效果良好。人工井壁防砂工艺避免了筛管破损大修或者侧钻作业,提高了作业效率,节省作业成本。

Abstract:The Reservoir of Bohai Sea Oilfield is mostly unconsolidated sandstone,and sand production often occurs due to broken screen pipe of oil well and water well.In view of the above problems,this paper has carried out the research on the screen pipe damage repair,and developed the secondary repair technology of artificial well wall sand control.In this process,the coated sand is squeezed through the broken opening of the screen pipe and injected into the sand-deficient formation,which is heated by thermal fluid circulation to form an artificial well wall with sand control function.The field test shows that the artificial well wall sand control can be completed without testing the broken point of the screen pipe,and the screen pipe can be repaired twice with good sand control effect.The artificial well wall sand control technology avoids screen pipe damage overhaul or sidetracking operation,improves operation efficiency and saves operation cost.
