核电厂通用老化经验报告分析与编制建议

美国核管会编制发布的通用老化经验报告是美国核电厂运行执照更新的基石文件,对指导核电厂设计、运行和延寿,包括水化学管理、在役检查等老化管理工作具有重要意义。同时国际原子能机构也组织各成员国共同开发国际通用老化经验报告,而国内尚未编制中国核电厂通用老化经验报告。本文从报告适用性、老化经验积累与反馈、老化管理和科研水平提升等方面出发,分析了编制和应用中国核电厂通用老化经验报告的必要性,并对报告的编制和应用给出了相关建议。

Analysis and Preparation Suggestion of Generic Aging Lessons Learned Report for Nuclear Power Plants in China

Generic Aging Lessons Learned(GALL)report compiled and issued by NRC is the cornerstone document for the license renewal of nuclear power plants in the United States.It is of great significance to guide the design,operation and life extension of nuclear power plants,including hydro-chemical management,in-service inspection and other aging management work.At the same time,IAEA is also organizing member states to jointly develop the International Generic Ageing Lessons Learned(IGALL)report.This paper analyzes the necessity of preparing and applying the generic aging lessons learned report of China's nuclear power plants from the aspects of report applicability,aging experience accumulation and feedback,aging management and scientific research level improvement,and gives some suggestions on the preparation and application of the report.
