田湾核电站1号机组第6循环紧急换料方案研究

摘    要:反应堆停堆后,若发现将在下一循环利用的燃料组件无法回堆使用,需开展紧急换料研究,重新设计燃料管理方案。本文假设田湾核电站1号机组第5燃料循环(U1C5)堆芯中有1组燃料组件破损,完成对所有可能情况U1C6紧急换料方案研究,并针对U1C5堆芯内84号组件破损的实际问题完成方案设计。本文的成果方案通过国家核安全局关于安全评价报告的评审,已应用到田湾核电站的换料工作中。

Abstract:If the fuel assemblies were found to be broken or unable to be returned to the core (due to any reasons) during the period of reactor shut down, an emergency reload design had to be required. Assuming that one assembly was broken during the operation of the 5th cycle of Unit 1 (U1C5) in Tianwan Nuclear Power Station (TNPS), an emergency reload research for U1C6 was finished to all the possible conditions. According to the actual problem that the 84th assembly of U1C5 was found to be broken, an emergency reload design for U1C6 was performed with great efficiency and effectiveness. The first emergency design achieved in this paper was approved successfully by the National Nuclear Safety Administration through the safety evaluation process, and has been currently employed at TNPS.
