免疫数据处理LOGISTIC拟合

采用VC++语言编写拟合程序,对一组实验数据,研究了医学免疫测量四、五参数logistic曲线拟合.给出了各自的拟合优度、迭代次数和拟合曲线.为了验证程序的稳定性,将其中一个实验数据加以变异,变异后数据进行拟合,发现数据改变在10%以内时,拟合结果仍能正确地反应数据关系,当数据改变量超过30%时,拟合结果严重脱离数据关系.四、五参数logistic拟合能够较好地应用于医学免疫测量.

Logistic Fitting on Immunoassay Data Processing

Four and five parameters logistic function used in immunoassay were studied. The fitting pro-gram based on VC++ language was developed. The fitting goodness, the iterative times and the fitting curves for the experiment data were well For testing the stability of the program, one of the data was changed, and then the new data were fitted again using the programs It was found that the fitting results were still well if the test datum changed not large than 10%. And when the test data changed more than 30%, the fitting curve deviated the data badly. It was shown that the four and five para-meters logistic fitting program works well for immunoassay.
