摘    要:以类丁二炔化合物为有机染色材料,添加适量光引发剂,以聚酯片为基材,成功制备了一种高灵敏度辐射变色薄膜剂量计。经过5~1 500Gy的γ射线辐照后,薄膜灵敏层颜色由辐照前的淡粉色变为辐照后的蓝色,且随着辐照剂量的增加,颜色深度逐渐加深;分光光度计测试其吸收光谱,发现其主、次吸收峰分别在670nm、613nm附近;吸收峰处的吸光度响应与吸收剂量呈良好的线性关系;薄膜配方中添加适当比例的光引发剂,能够提高其响应灵敏度;吸光度响应随敏感层厚度与有机染色材料浓度的增加而增大;室温下避光贮存100d,吸收峰处的吸光度响应几乎不变,说明此种变色薄膜的稳定性良好。

Abstract:A kind of radiochromic film dosimeter with high sensitivity had been devel‐oped by using polydiacetylene compounds as organic dye material ,using polyester chips as base material and adding an appropriate amount of photoinitiator .The color of the radiochromic film which was irradiated by γ‐ray changed from the light pink to blue . The color would be deepened with the increase of radiation dose;The master and second absorption peak located at 670 nm and 613 nm respectively by using spectrophotometer to test the absorption spectra;There was a good linear relationship between absorbance response at the absorption peaks and the absorbed dose;The response sensitivity would be improved by adding an appropriate amount of photoinitiator in the film formulation ;The absorption response would increase by the incensement in thickness of the film and the concentration of the organic dye material; The radiochromic films had been preserved for 100 days at room temperature ,avoiding from light .The result showed that the absorption response almost remained unchanged and the film’ s stability w as good .
