螺栓球节点网架连接件承载力与结构设计原则

摘    要:对多项网架结构工程中多种规格的封板、锥头与钢管对接焊缝的抗拉试件承载力检验发现,相当多的试件是高强度螺栓破坏,被连接的钢管杆件及焊缝完好,原因是高强度螺栓连接件的承载力小于被连接杆件的,不符合“强节点弱杆件”的设计原则。可靠度分析表明,试件发生螺栓破坏时的可靠指标低于螺栓未破坏时的;相连接的钢管杆件未破坏的可靠度高于钢管杆件破坏的可靠度。分析结果与统计结果完全一致。

Abstract:Through the examinations of the weld bearing capacity between the boards,drills and pipes in many kinds of specifications in the project of multi-grids structure,it is found that the destruction always occurs at the high-intensity bolts.As the high-intensity joint,the bearing capacity of connection is less than that of pipes,so it doesn't meet the principle of "strong nodes,weak levers".The analysis of reliability degree indicates that the reliability index of the destroyed pipes is lower than the bolts which isn't destroyed,and the reliability index of the joint pipes which isn't destroyed is higher than the destroyed pipes.The results of analysis accord with the statistic ones.
