摘    要:从线路避雷器防雷的工作原理入手,介绍了线路避雷器具有很好的钳制电位作用,可以确保绝缘子串不发生闪络,从而达到防止输电线路雷击跳闸事故发生的目的。通过四川某电业局配网针对线路避雷器在35 kV线路应用及防雷效果,证明线路避雷器可以有效降低雷击跳闸,从而为线路提供可靠保护。并且从技术经济角度考虑,根据线路历年雷击跳闸记录、雷电分布及雷击跳闸类型可进行选择性安装。通过对线路避雷器的运行情况进行调查、分析和总结,建议每5年对运行中线路避雷器进行一次抽查试验,对其性能进行评估。鉴于目前的防雷形势,建议继续推进线路避雷器的防雷应用,但由于线路避雷器大量挂网,一定程度上增加了线路的维护压力,同时线路避雷器对整条线路的防雷效果主要取决于正确选定易击段、易击塔、高阻区,因此强调应适度控制安装规模和注重安装选点工作。

Abstract:This paper describes the line surge arrester with a good holding potential role which ensure that the insulator string flashover does not occur to achieve the prevention of transmission line lightning trip purpose of accident,starting the working principle of line surge arrester.In the 35 kV line of Sichuan Electric Power Bureau,the application of line arresters can effectively reduce the line arrester lightning trip,so as to provide reliable line protection.And from the technical and economic point of view,according to records of lightning trip circuit,lightning distribution and the lightning trip type of over the years,the line surge arrester can be selectively installed.Through the survey,analysis and summary for operation of line surge arrester,it is proposed to perform a spot check test on operating line surge arrester per 5 years,to evaluate their performance.In view of the current protective lightning situation in Sichuan,it is recommended that the lightning protection continue to promote the application of line arresters.However,due to a large number of line arresters installing on power system can increased the pressure on line maintenance,while the lightning effects of the line arresters on the entire lines depending on the right selected the easily hitting section,the easily hitting tower and high resistance area,the emphasis should be appropriate control the installed scale and focus on the work of installation point.
