摘    要:在夏热冬冷地区常见的局部、间歇空调用能模式前提下,采用Designbuilder软件对皖南民居中常见的联排住宅做局部保温隔热措施的节能效果模拟评价。根据实际调研,确定皖南地区冬夏两季的典型空调用能模式,并模拟获得典型民居方案在典型空调用能模式下的负荷分布并分析其热扰特征。根据一般做法分别对建筑外围护结构与空调区域内、外围护结构做保温隔热措施并比较冬、夏两季空调能耗值,认为基于空调区域的局部保温隔热策略具有良好的节能效果。进一步加设通风隔热屋面并增加EPS保温板厚度,将节能率提升至52.8%。

Abstract:Under the intermittent and partial air - conditional energy - using method which is commonly existed in cold winter and hot summer area, the Designbuilder is applied to simulate and judge the energy saving effect of partial thermal prevention in typical townhouses of Southern Anhui Province. Depending on field investigation, the typical air conditioner is selected, and the distribution and characteristic of heating and cooling load in a typical building project is simulated. Analyzing thermal functions, different part of building envelops' ability of thermal prevention is increased through common methods. Compared the value of typical building ' s energy consumption in different thermal prevented method both in winter and summer, the paper concludes the strategy of increasing the air -conditional areas' envelops' ability of thermal prevention has good effect on energy efficiency, further setting ventila-ted and insulated roof, and increasing thickness of EPS slab can help increase energy-saving rate to 52. 8%.
