| 摘 要： | 分析当前新农村住屋建设的现实,指出其存在的问题与危机,借鉴前国际建筑师协会主席罗德·哈克尼的“社区建筑”的工作方式,认为新农村住屋建设应是一种社会各界广泛参与下的自我建造、共同建造的模式。在充分尊重农村的地域文化,尊重村民的习俗、价值观的基础上,讨论了新农村住屋建设技术层面、建造层面的问题,试图探索出一条有中国特色的新农村住屋建设道路。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the reality of the present construction of new rural community,this essay points out its problems and crises.Referring to Rod Hackney＇s （ex-Chairman of international Union of Architects） operation mode on “Community Architecture”,the authors hold that the construction of new rural community should comply with the pattem of selfconstruction and joint construction with all social sectors involved. |
