上海外围大型社区居民属性和出行行为——基于嘉定江桥金鹤新城的实证研究

研究上海中心城以外大型居住社区的实际居住人群及其出行需求特征是提供公共设施配套和交通服务的依据。本文在实证研究中以随机抽样调查为主,辅以居委会访谈。老年人、本地就业者和外地来沪就业者三类人群构成了金鹤新城的实际主体居住人群。出行目的方面,除了上班、上学的日常通勤出行外,采购生活必需品出行也占相当大比例。出行方向,由区外出行和区内出行构成,区外出行具有往中心城的向心性,区内出行主要是往附近嘉定江桥镇区。居民的日常出行高度依赖公共交通,包括公交和轨道。单程出行时间在1小时以上的出行占总样本相当大比例,出行时间成为居民满意度较低的指标。总体来看,该社区具有低区域机动性、低个人机动性、低可达性的特征。

ATTRIBUTES AND TRAVEL BEHAVIOR OF RESIDENTS IN LARGE COMMUNITIES AT PERIPHERAL SHANGHAI:A CASE STUDY ON JINHE NEW TOWN,JIADINGJIANG BRIDGE

The research of the actual living population and travel demands of the large communities outside the central Shanghai is the basis for the allocation of public facilities and transportation services.Based on the case study,this paper applies investigation on random samples,together with the interview on neighborhood committees.It has been found that the actual living population in Jinhe New Town is made up of three major groups,i.e.,the elderly,the local employed people,and the migrant people who are employed in Shanghai.In terms of their travel purpose,in addition to work and school,purchasing living necessities also occupies a large proportion.In regard to travel direction,the travel modes consist of external trip and internal trip:the former has the centrality to the city center and the latter is mainly to the nearby Jiangqiao Town in Jiading.People’s daily travel is highly dependent on public transportation,including bus and rail.The time of one-way travel in more than 1 hour occupies a considerable proportion,and travel time becomes the indicator with lower satisfaction level to the residents.Generally speaking,Jinhe Community has the characteristics of low regional mobility,low personal mobility,and low accessibility.
