交通导向的城际铁路站场地区空间发展机制

首先通过调查与城际铁路客流相类似的沪宁动车组旅客对站点周边设施的需求,探讨站场地区的产业转型方向。其次,在对旅客前往各产业设施的出行方式与忍受时间的意愿调查基础上,通过分析旅客的出行距离特性,研究站场空间的圈层规模、产业的空间分布特征及其相关联的用地布局。最后,基于该地区交通供给的承载力,提出土地开发强度适宜性的判定方法,并以沪宁铁路常州站为例进行实证研究。本文所构建的以交通为导向的城际铁路站场地区空间发展触媒机制研究,可实现空间发展与效率提升的协调优化,平衡城市功能的集聚性与交通的便捷性,对城铁沿线站点地区的建设规划有重要的指导意义。

SPACE DEVELOPMENT MECHANISM OF TRANSIT-ORIENTED INTER-CITY RAILWAY STATION AREA

Firstly,this paper studies the direction of industrial transition in railway station area by investigating the facility demands of passengers on Shanghai-Nanjing Motor Train.Secondly,based on the questionnaires of passengers on their travel mode and travel time to industrial facilities,it explores the characteristics of trip distance and then studies the scale of station,distribution of industries,and the land use and so on.At last,with Changzhou Station on ShanghaiNanjing railway as an example it presents the method of land development intensity according to the traffic capacity of the area.Briefly the study of space development around inter-city railway station oriented by transport can realize the balance between the space development and travel efficiency,which has important value for the planning of the surrounding areas of inter-city railway station.
