摘    要:某图书馆7层上部至屋顶层为劲性混凝土悬挑结构,7层为混凝土伸臂结构,劲性结构通过24根钢拉杆对7层混凝土伸臂梁反吊。为保证支架拆除后钢拉杆正常工作与结构安全稳定,钢拉杆的预应力张拉施工至关重要。施工前采用Midas/gen对三种张拉方案施工全过程进行模拟,等效预应力通过降温法实现,比较三种方案预拉力损失情况,制定科学合理的张拉施工方案。对施工过程中钢拉杆内力进行跟踪监测,对比分析实测值与模拟值,验证了有限元分析的正确性及施工方案的可行性,为其他工程预应力张拉施工提供参考。

Abstract:Floors above the seventh story of a library is a steel reinforced concrete cantilever structure,and the seventh floor is a concrete outrigger structure.The concrete beam of seventh floor is hanged by steel reinforced concrete structure with 24 steel bars.In order to ensure normal work of steel bars and safety of the structure after the framework support is removed,the pressed tension construction of the steel bars is extremely important.Before construction,Midas/gen was used to simulate the whole process of three tension solutions.The equivalent prestress was realized by the cooling method.The pretension loss of the three solutions was compared,and a scientific and reasonable tension construction solution was proposed.The internal force of steel bars and the displacement of the bottom face of beam under steel bars were tracked and monitored during the construction process.The comparison between measured and simulated values verifies the feasibility of finite element construction process simulation,which provideds reference for pressed tension construction of other engineering.
