竹纤维含量对混凝土强度影响的试验研究

摘    要:在普通混凝土中加入竹纤维筋而形成的一种复合竹纤维混凝土,竹纤维在混凝土中呈多向分布,可阻碍混凝土内部微裂缝的扩展和宏观裂缝的发生和发展,它能提高混凝土的抗裂性能和抗拉强度。为了揭示竹纤维含量和长度对混凝土力学性能的影响,提出了3种含量和3种规格竹纤维长度的竹纤维混凝土试件进行28 d抗压、抗折、抗拉强度试验。试验结果表明竹纤维混凝土抗压强度随着竹纤维掺合量增加而降低,在小于5%竹纤维掺合量时,竹纤维相同掺合量,竹纤维长度越长,抗压强度降低幅度越大;竹纤维混凝土抗折、抗拉强度随竹纤维掺合量的增加有着较大提高,在相同竹纤维掺合量下,竹纤维长度越长,提高幅度越大;说明竹纤维对混凝土的强度影响大,特别是对竹纤维抗拉强度充分发挥,抗拉和抗折强度均有较大提高,该研究成果对于竹纤维混凝土结构设计以及在纤维混凝土结构工程中的应用提供了试验和理论依据。

Abstract:It is a kind of composite bamboo fiber concrete formed by adding bamboo fiber bars into common concrete.Bamboo fiber is distributed in multiple directions in concrete,which can hinder the expansion of micro cracks in concrete and the occurrence and development of macro cracks.It can improve the crack resistance and tensile strength of concrete.In order to reveal the influence of bamboo fiber content and length on the mechanical properties of concrete.The bamboo fiber concrete specimen with 3 kinds of content and 3 kinds of length of bamboo fiber was put forward for 28d compression,folding and tensile strength test.The test results show that the compressive strength of bamboo fiber concrete decreases with the increase of the bamboo fiber content.When the bamboo fiber content is less than 5%,the bamboo fiber content is the same,and the longer the length of bamboo fiber,the greater the decrease of the compressive strength.The flexural and tensile strength of bamboo fiber concrete increased with the increase of bamboo fiber mixing amount.Under the same bamboo fiber mixing amount,the longer the length of bamboo fiber was,the larger the increase was.It shows that bamboo fiber has a great influence on the strength of concrete,especially on the tensile strength of bamboo fiber.The tensile strength and flexural strength of bamboo fiber are greatly improved.The research results provide experimental and theoretical basis for the structural design of bamboo fiber concrete and its application in the structural engineering of fiber concrete.
