摘    要:行车空调压缩机排气温度过高是导致行车空调日常停机故障的重要原因,因此在行车空调系统设计时应该设置必要的热力保护装置。本文对设置了热力保护装置的行车空调机进行了装置开启前后的对比实验,实验结果表明使用喷液冷却装置后压缩机排气温度显著下降,但同时制冷量和压缩机功率也有降低的趋势,系统能效比也有所下降。虽然不是一种节能的措施,但对可靠性要求比较高的行车空调来说起到了很好的效果。

Abstract:Too high exhaust temperature of compressor is an important cause of the daily faults of bridge crane air conditioner, so in its system design, an ecessary thermal-protection device should be established. A contrast experiment before and after turning on thermal-protection devices on bridge crane air conditioner was carried out. The results showed that the exhaust temperature of compressor decreases markedly after turning on thermal-protection devices, but at the same time refrigerating capacity and compressor power show a decreasing tendency. EER of the system also decreased. Although these devices are not energy-saving measures, they are good for bridge crane air conditioner which requires relatively higher reliability.
