蒸发冷却换热贯穿质影响因素分析及实验研究

摘    要:本文针对管外流体、空气和管内流体耦合换热情况的换热管换热性能进行研究,通过分析各参数的影响,运用控制变量法改变喷淋水流量进行了水平单管外流动水膜与空气之间对流传质系数的实验测定。实验结果表明,喷淋水流量对传质系数有较大的影响,并得到了实验数据拟合关系式。

Abstract:Convection mass transfer coefficient for the cross flow of air with water film outside the tube wall was analyzed in an indirect evaporative cooling with horizontal tubes.The parameters who can affect the convection mass transfer coefficient were analyzed,only with the flow rate changed.Based on the experiment data,the equation connect mass transfer coefficient with flow rate was mapped out.
