摘    要:为解决民航应急系统管理效率低、日常飞行监控与应急管理相对独立的现状,本文基于WebGIS技术,采用SOA架构模型设计了航飞器飞行监控应急管理系统,将日常飞行监控与应急管理进行有机结合,实现了飞行实时监控可视化、突发事件预测分析、航空器搜索救援等辅助决策功能和地理信息服务功能,提高了民航应急管理的效率。

Abstract:To solve the problem of civil aviation emergency system,low efficiency of management,daily monitoring and emergency management is relatively independent of the status quo,this article is based on WebGIS technology,SOA architecture model was adopted to design the flight of flight emergency monitoring system and the organic combination of daily flight monitoring and emergency management,realize the real-time monitoring of flight visual search and rescue,emergency forecast analysis,aircraft and other auxiliary decision-making function and geography information service function,improve the efficiency of civil aviation emergency management.
