| 摘 要： | 由于资源的单一性和不可再生性制约,资源型城市必须科学认识自身的转型任务,才能准确定位城市的现代化发展战略.从这一判断出发,本文以克拉玛依现代化转型的任务分析为例,提出资源型城市现代化转型任务的概念性分析框架:城市形态--从生产中心向区域经济中心转型、城市经济基础--从单一资源经济向多元城市经济的转型、城市的人口主体--从工矿职工到现代市民的转型.作为资源型城市现代化发展战略研究的分析工具和参考依据.
