以江阴市南门风貌区规划设计实践中的古街道保护设计为例,探索城市化进程中的建筑遗存保护方法.试图从城市意象出发,总结一种整体性的、适合于江南中小城市建筑记忆延续和城市快速发展两方面的保护方法--城市空间历史形态的结构性保护.

The Preservation Methods for Architecture Heritage in the Yangtze River Delta: Taking the Preservative Design of Ancient Urban Blocks and Streets at the Southern Gate in Jianying as an Example

Based on our urban design project in Jiangyin, this paper tried to present the method-ology on traditional urban blocks and streetspreservation in urbanization process. Proceed-ing from urban context, the paper attempts tosummarize a holistic preservation method:Structural preservation of historical blocks andstreets, suitable for memory extending and fas turban development of medium and small cities in the Yangtze River Delta.
