| 摘 要： | 以我国大城市经济发展水平和交通出行机动化水平的不平衡发展为背景以配建停车设施与城市机动化水平之间相互联系、相互依赖、相互制约的特性为基础．提出了停车场配建标准要以当地机动化发展水平为背景不同地区在城市机动化过程中应采取不同的发展模式。

| Abstract: | The imbalance in the level of travel mechaniza-tion in our country becomes more and more obvious withdifferent area due to the gap of economic development levelin each area. The relationship between parking establish-ment and urban motorization was analyzed in the paper. Onthis background, the criteria system for parking establish-ment of urban construction was put forward according to thelocal economic level or urban motorizations level. |
