摘    要:商业聚集及其影响要素具有明显的空间异质性,对其客观规律进行研讨应是商业地理学研究的重要内容,也是开展城市商业网点规划与科学管理的必然要求,但对于该问题的研究仍十分欠缺。以我国中部中心城市长沙为例,运用GWR模型对零售商业空间集聚影响要素的空间异质性进行剖析。研究表明:①长沙市仍保持"市级-区域性-社区级"的商业空间结构,不同城市空间要素对零售商业空间集聚的影响强弱与正负效应存在显著的空间异质性,并总体呈现"中心-外围"结构;②市级商业中心受人流量、地铁建设、商务办公、名胜景点等要素影响较大,对区域性商业中心呈现积极影响的因素依次为人流量>居住>商务办公>地铁>学校,社区级商业中心的推动因素主要为公交与居住空间;③地铁与公交站点对商业集聚性的影响存在空间互补性。

Abstract:Significant spatial heterogeneity exists in commercial aggregation and its influencing factors.The study of its objective laws is an essential part of the study of commercial geography,and it is an inevitable requirement to promote the scientific formulation of urban commercial network planning and city management.However,there was still no enough research on the spatial heterogeneity of influencing factors in the direction of commercial agglomeration.Therefore,our work took Changsha,a central city in central China,as an example,and used the GWR model to analyze the spatial heterogeneity of the factors affecting retail commercial space agglomeration.The research indicates that:(1)Changsha still maintains the commercial space structure of"municipal-regional-community".Spatial heterogeneity exists in the strength and direction of the influences of different urban spatial elements on the spatial agglomeration of retail business.Meanwhile,the overall structure presents a"center-periphery"structure.(2)City-level commercial centers are highly dependent on factors such as traffic flow,subway construction,business office,and scenic spots;Factors that positively affect regional commercial centers are:flow>residential>business office>subway>schools;The positive driving factors of community-level commercial centers are mainly public transportation and living space.(3)There is spatial complementarity between the influence of subway and public transport on commercial agglomeration.
