ASM密胺系高效减水剂的研制及应用

摘    要:ASM密胺系高效减水剂是以三聚氰胺、甲醛、氨基磺酸为主要原料,在一定的反应条件下,经过一定的反应步骤合成的改进型高性能减水剂,是一种氨基磺酸杂环缩合物.研究及应用表明,与传统的密胺系高效减水剂相比,该产品不仅各种性能更为优良,对水泥的适应性强,而且生产原料充足、生产过程简单,可降低成本10%~25%,性价比高10%~25%.

Abstract:With melamine, formaldehyde and amino acid as main raw materials, under certain reaction condition and through some reaction steps, the modified made into a kind of sulfamic acid heterocyclic condensate. Its study and practical application indicate that compared with the traditional melamine superplasticizer, this product has not only better performances but also stronger adaptability to cement, and im addition, it has plenty of supply of raw materials and simpler production process. And by adopting this product in production, the production cost can be reduced by 10 % - 25 % and the ratio of the cost to performance can be raised the same proportion.
