在保障性住房中推广装配整体式住宅浅探

装配整体式住宅在上海等城市通过先期的试点，在标准体系、艺术技术等方面已经取得了经验，为在保障性住房中推广应用奠定了条件。与传统的建设方式相比，装配整体式住宅的建设，在提高建筑效率、保证住宅质量、节约资源上有着明显的优势。文章对上海今后保障性住建设中推广装配整体式住宅建设方式提出了目标与技术建议。

Study on Promotion of Assembled Unitary Residential Buildings among Low-Income Housing

After preliminary pilot projects in cities like Shanghai, assembled unitary residential buildings have gained some experience in standard systems, art, technology and so on, thus laying a foundation for its promotion and application in low-income housing. Compared with traditional construction ways, the construction of assembled unitary resi- dential buildings boasts evidential advantages in improving construction efficiency, guar- anteeing residential building quality and saving resources. The article has proposed ob- jectives and technical recommendations concerning promoting assembled unitary residential building construction ways in low-income housing construction in Shanghai in future.
