摘    要:郑州黄河公铁两用桥是跨越黄河的一座特大型桥梁。其第1联钢桁梁设计时,采用纵向3榀桁、并采用斜边桁结构,且腹杆与弦杆节点板之间的空隙理论上为零,这对拼装架设提出了更高的要求。因钢桁梁长度长、质量大,顶推施工采用14台水平千斤顶、84台竖向千斤顶同步施工作业。施工中,首先通过竖向起顶将钢桁梁支撑点转换至滑块上,然后通过墩顶的连续千斤顶顶推钢桁梁,通过多次循环完成架设。采用多点同步顶推方案,经济效益和社会效益显著。创造了国内钢桁梁顶推总质量(3万t)和总长度(1 080m)两项第一。

Abstract:The Yellow River Bridge in Zhengzhou is a huge bridge crossing the Yellow River.Three longitudinal trusses and inclined side truss were used in the design of the first section steel truss girder,further more the gap between the web bar and gusset plate of the chord was zero theoretically,which resulted in higher demands on the assembly and erection.Hence 14 horizontal jacks and 84 vertical jacks were used to do the synchronic pushing due to the superlong and heavy weight of the steel truss girder.In the con...
