加强T形方管节点的极限承载力研究

摘    要:国家游泳中心的方管相贯焊接节点,除承受轴力外,还同时承受不可忽视的双向弯矩。通过有限元软件ANSYS对加强T形方管节点在复合受力作用下的极限承载力进行了数值模拟分析,采用的加强方式为在主管内部设置横向和纵向加劲肋。研究结果表明,3种加强方式对于T形节点的极限承载力都有不同程度的提高,且提高幅度与几何参数有关。

Abstract:The RHS welded joints of National Swimming Center arc subjected to axial loads, in-plane moments and out-of-plane moments from each brace sinultaneously. Using the finite element software-ANSYS, numerical simulation analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of reinforcing T-type RHS joints with combined load is studied, the stiffener methods are the erection of transverse or longitudinal ribbed stiffeners in the chord. It was proved that they can all improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the joints, and the range of augment was related to .some geometrical parameters.
